When Things Don't Go as Planned

Life is full of unexpected twists and turns, and sometimes this means having to cancel your appointment due to illness, scheduling mixups or simply life's overwhelm causing us to space things out.

I totally understand all of this, and yet I do need to ask that you call me at lease 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel. Same day cancellations, although not ideal, can sometimes be managed.  Missed appointments with no communication will result in you being charged the full price for your missed appointment.

If you are sick with a fever, cough, sore throat or a stomach bug, feeling as if you are getting sick, or feel as if you are getting over being sick....

PLEASE CALL to re-schedule your appointment. There is no penalty for calling in sick the day of your appointment.

This is a courtesy to me, and to all other clients, as well as honoring your need to be home and rest.  My treatment room is cozy, contained and does not offer tons of ventilation, so please, be courteous and stay home to rest and heal before coming in for your appointment. I will also follow these guidelines and stay home when I am sick.
